Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Note: At the minimum we follow the Defects, Warranties and Returns, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA) of Australia.

Return Options

You can request a return of any order within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return Rules

  • The product must be in original, uninstalled and unaltered condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must have the original receipt of purchase.
  • The product must have a Return Authorization number.

Cannot be Returned

  • Previously installed, tested or altered products.
  • Discontinued or closeout inventory.
  • Gift cards or gift certificates.
  • Сustom made products.

Return Address

A return address will be provided once the return is approved.

Return Authorization Number

A Return Authorization Number will provided once the return is approved.

Refund Processing

Most refunds will be processed within 10 business days of return delivery.

Refund Methods

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
